Class Rates

New Students: One FREE class at time of registration
Single Class: $20
Monthly Unlimited: $165 (expires in 30 days)
Monthly Auto Renewal: $150 (6 month commitment to sign up)
10 Class Package: $170 (90 day expiration)
20 Class Package: $300 (120 day expiration)

 


Sukha Flow

Sukha Flow combines asana, pranayama, and basic anatomy to challenge the body and breath. This class will flow freely and move through a variety of poses for all levels. Experience on the mat is suggested.

 

Sukha slow Flow

Sukha Slow Flow is just that. This class is just abit slower and slightly easier for the days when you feel like you want to pull back alittle and enjoy the flow. New and experienced yogis will be perfect in this class.

 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will take you deeper into each pose.  By holding the pose for an extended period of time - the body begins to respond by both accepting the challenge and releasing the tension. All levels from Beginner and beyond are welcome.

 

Men's Only Class

Men's Only Class. This class is designed to focus on the basics of yoga and to assist men in moving through their bodies while working with the challenges of a new practice. This class is exclusively for MEN ONLY. Use of props, focused poses on strength, and breakdown of poses will open you up like nothing else.

 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is designed to do just that - Restore the body. Using various props, the teacher will guide you into a deep relaxing state while moving energy through the entire body. Chakras are balanced, breath is guided, and the physical body is opened. All can enjoy this beautiful class.

 

Candlelight Flow

Candlelight Flow brings a special touch to your practice.  Using only candles, the instructor lights the room and sets the tone for both a relaxing and energetic way to end your day. This is an incredibly relaxing class and all ages, all levels are welcome to join.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga means 8 limbs or branches.  This ancient style of yoga, codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures -a process producing internal heat and a detoxifying affect for the muscles and organs.  The result is improved circulation, a strong body, and calm mind.
